GG is a shareholder. His allegiance is to himself. And he now owns the largest share of the company by a good amount. And he doesn’t look like stopping.
There is NO partnership with SurgCentre. That is a HC fact that is utter BS. GG doesn’t own SurgCentre - he sold his part 3 years ago.
