LDA first sell is happening right now. Over the year they need to raise 12 million AUD on 40 million shares.
the selling happens with limited disruption to SP movement usually they could be the small parcels of 10 to 100 of shares through the day.
The SP being flat and moving up a bit is a good sign that there is demand for the shares at these prices imo.
the do not need to sell all 40 in this raise they could stop and start up again in July or what ever they have till 2024 ends so they will do this as favourable as possible to both parties imo.
In the end we really do not know what's going on in the background of the business. Is there a favourable IP lurking? At possible TO? Revenue to start trickling in? Many things quite. I know that innovation does call for trade secrets as such wee need to watch the limited indicators we have.
