Note that part of their agreement with CRH includes the easily overlooked line, "The parties may at any time agree to accelerate the payment and delivery of Hadrian X® units to the joint venture, if reasonably required to enable the joint venture’s services to meet the needs of the market." Wouldn't that be nice?
