Russia has abundance OF EVERYTHING coal included. They lack working population just like western countries do in peacetime. In times of two plus year escalating war looking to (hopefully not) involve Europeans shipping coal to Asia is not high on their priority punch list. My guess their shipments have decreased and will decrease further.
