    I am hoping someone can help me understand Fenix’s role in our trial? No one pays so much in shares for a CRO, right?

    We own the drug and it’s IP. Fenix doesn’t manufacture it, at least in the announcement it’s not mentioned. So what is NTI gaining return for the shares and performance rights?
