Capex of 150m... OVER 10 YEARS AGO. Some miners have have had Capex double in 3 years, let alone 10 years. There wouldn't be a doubling of the price of products produced looking at RE prices.
Stage 2 looks like it would need a huge Capex as they're not processing sand.
Given they've spent more on a totally new project, and done completely nothing on CC in 2 years+, the only explanation is it's only use is to continually raise funds on hopeium. This can only be done with no scoping study (showing it's not worth doing) so that's probably why it's not out on time.
