If the sp was sub 10c prior to this takeover offer, what dilution would shareholders see by way of either a JV, or the amount of debt by way of a loan? In this current environment it is extremely unlikely they will get a loan for a risky investment like this to kick it off the ground. Therefore there are only a couple of options, they dilute by cap raising or JV or they get taken over!
