It's pretty bloody obvious to anyone that has any street smarts. Forget the synergy BS and the long term benefits BS being thrown about. The facts are that RED's share price is 30% and SLR's has gone next to nowhere since the deal was announced. All despite the price of gold in AUD being $400per oz higher.
Guess who is doing all the lifting for RED's share price and whose share price is getting weighed down by it. It's not hard, this deal sucks for SLR shareholders.
Had the deal been announced today it would be at .35 and 1.70 and 5 for 1 not the BS I'm being offered. SLR shareholders have every right to be peeved of big time.
