    This transaction was for well over 5% of the SOI and in all cases we should be seeing a change to (or initial) significant holder report - but just crickets. Is it just another case of loose compliance with reporting obligations?

    I'm getting nervous about the Q3 SX production. An update would be nice especially given the Q2 debacle.
