Great suggestion Turbo - all it takes is a little reading. If you're an Oz or NZ shareholder you can buy up to $10,000 worth of shares at $0.44. Quote below from VMS letter.

The Plan entitles Eligible Shareholders in the Company, irrespective of the size of their shareholding,
to purchase up to $10,000 worth of Shares at a price of $0.44 per Share (Offer). The issue price of the Offer represents a 18% discount to the volume weighted average trading price of the Company?s Shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) during the 5 trading days
immediately prior to the announcement date of the Offer (being 7 October 2010).
The amount an Eligible Shareholder can subscribe for will be restricted to a cumulative total of
$10,000 worth of Shares. Details of the Offer are set out in this letter and the enclosed Terms and Conditions together with an Entitlement and Acceptance Form.
