No bad feelings, but I do believe that if such an important statement is made regarding over subscriptions in the SPP then a link to the source of that information would be well warranted imho.
To be very honest with you I can still not figure out from the announcement if they are going to give us the full subscription or if it is to their discretion.
I think we would get the full $10000 worth but could be wrong.
What do others think??
