I guess there are many ways a deal could be structured if they are so inclined , ie RMS keeps the cash for getting the mill back up and running ,and just gives us 1 share of RMS for every 2 shares we hold in SPR ,

Although may be better SPR goes it alone IMHO , some of RMS's assets are starting to get a bit marginal -ie Edna May , and they have a big project to bring on as well after the breaker resource take over , and dont they just employ contractors like what SPR would probably do anyway ?
Personally I would prefer their proven Board of Directors though .
