Sorry if I miss something obvious, but wasn't there a $11 bid by GQG for PAC in November, which failed because Regal and River (who seem to act in concert in relation to PAC) obstructed it? So why are Regal now selling their stake for only $10.50? I know there has been a 15c dividend since then.
