So the difference is still 220MC in LRS's favor.
And for people like you saying why would they build the roads or fast track it. Its basic economics. Understand impact to tax revenue and GDP for Canada when this opens up. Once you can wrap your head around that, you'll understand its in their best interests.
As for PFS, with all feasibility studies its about resource and profit.
Wr1 will already reduce cost with its new acquisition and further with a significant amount of its resource being at shallow depth.
Market is forward looking. LRS has tapped out its resource at 80mt. We would easily have more than that already with several areas untouched never mind the other assets that we hold.
Just an FYI PMT still has their lake to drain, didn't stop it from going to nearly a 2B evaluation.
