Theoretically, if it's not "100%", so long as you can keep separating/purifying the H2 from the unconverted CH4 and capture it at the business end of the reactor you can keep feeding it back into the CH4 feedstock. Didn't the walk-through video have something like this mentioned? My memory is faulty.
I'll add to my previous comment on CO as well, in that there shouldn't be H2O in there either, if that wasn't obvious.
