He just got the Republicans to block the extension of a FISA statute, incorrectly thinking it was Title 1 (the section authorising local surveillance) rather than Section 702 for foreign surveillance.
He got them to block the law that he previously authorised when President !!
Speaker Johnson had even called the reauthorisation "critically important".
Such a klutz !!
