PT - perhaps WGX knew they could not outbid RMS, just like what happened with MGV, so they simply have not tried this time.
RMS script is valued at double WGX... just no competition, however, with the new deal they are going for with Karora (there are operational synergies, both companies run their own crews in mining etc, and RMS does not).
