At first glance, it seems like even if the threat goes through, its a 'one off' rather than recurring.
According to Morningstar:
If true by FY25, will be long and dusted, with an EPS of 20c and a DPS of 15.6c.
On $1.71 average purchase price, it screens as ok and should make money.
But the risk is these are historical casino assets.
