This does not seem to have been presented to the jury.I suspect Drumgold filtered out this evidence and then aborted the trial when it seemed that his tampering with evidence might leak out. IMHO Drumgold wasn’t worried about BH’s mental state, he was just trying to avoid his wrong doing being exposed.
