Ompany reported record revenue for the quarter of $46.9 million (up 59% on the same quarter last year). More importantly revenue is strongly trending up, with total revenue for the previous half around $76 million, indicating that revenue for this half will be up around 20% compared to the immediate prior half. As important, margins are also improving. IMD has low debt ($32 million),a presence in all key mining regions internationally,provides leading edge drilling and chemical products for more complex, deeper exploration and development ( an increasing priority in the absence of easier to reach targets) and has strategic partnerships with major service providers in the mining industry (e.g. BLY) Market capitalisation only around $220 million. Must be a standout take over taget. Would appear to be well within the reach of BLY financially and would immediately contrbute to lower P/E
