Anyone who can't see in the PA that there is something happening here outside of the usual machinations, consider your investment thesis.
I come from a pretty serious background in the investment profession and I can tell you from experience that retail usually unearth what Portfolio Managers I.e Funds follow in the explorer end of the market.
