Yeah they might have wanted to buy more, but unless you have a seller lined up there's not much point trying to buy a decent stake in the market.
There's not really much benefit for a company like this to be a listed ASX entity. Cost, compliance, hassle... can't see it lasting on the exchange too much longer.
