Yes, the market craps itself whenever it gets the chance.
Who knows why he sold but obviously needed the cash otherwise he would have got rid of the whole holding. It occurred over two days probably because the amount required wasn’t achieved on the 10th due to share price not being achieved what he thought it would be.
So many individuals jump at shadows on this blog.
