coggs im not trying to down ramp, i really genuinely hope you do very well, i hope im wrong, but i also dont like seeing newbies led astray.

68c is the absolute uper value that anyone has suggested, beyond that your expecting $10,000+ per acre in a distressed seller situation, with poor flows indicating issues with the porosity, geology, well characteristics or just a poor operator?

Very unlikely to see 68c+, so you have to build in risk. Right now its about 25% risked which is proabably fair value. youd be brave or silly punters too much less then that.
