So, net effect is that Dean kept ~1/3 of the shares from the options that he exercised, and the other two thirds got bought off him by DRE's 3 biggest shareholders (2 Directors ($215k), and Head of Shaws WA ($105k)).
All bought at 1.6c.
So, apart from Dean's cash invested to exercise options (adding another $157k cash into DRE's coffers), other Directors have put in another $215k of their cash, and 3 of the biggest shareholders have increased their holdings.
