Whilst Stockton is low on resources, BRL have the Escarpment, however they have to get the coal off the hill somehow. Obviously by the aerial ropeway from Stockton. So BT mining aka Talleys! Will want to charge BRL for the use of the ropeway and won’t be allowing it to happen cheaply!
