I guess next weekend we’ll start seeing the RNSes as people start accepting the offer and EMR issues shares.
dont recall the exact figures off the top of my head, but I seem to recall something like 20-25M EMR shares will be issued if they get the remaining 22% of Bullzeye. So maybe a 3% dilution ? That might normally have a small impact, but the implication for EMR getting the deal done is for me more positive than the small dilution is negative .
