So any posturing by AP in the manner you propose will amount to nothing by Sonangol flicking the switch. We will have to accept the crumbs they offer. Mr Market may well have this in mind. Sonangol will be mindful of the hard poker hand AP played to get Zapato up. AP doesn’t have the shareholder support to defeat such a tactic. If I were Sonangol this is the hand I would play.
