    the terms of the convertible notes are much more favorable than 6.4 c though. the minimum conversion rate is 8c, and if the note holders prefer shares to the 10% interest the shares will be issued at the higher of 8c or 5% discount to recent VWAP which will presumably alot higher than 8c
