Because no body that cares knew about the applications would be my guess retrac. It is a different story now everyone knows. By the way the EPBC still havent approved the Exploration Permits, they are reviewing all public comments submitted during the "Open for public comment process" which has only recently closed..Im sure there may of been a few comments submitted at this stage of the process.
