If they had more ROM space at the time, and if the spod price didn't crash below US$900, they probably would have got Lucas to stay on to mine out Grants. I think they panicked when they became cash negative. By stopping mining and continue processing and shipping spod, does generate more cash. Hopefully by mid year, we will have a healthy cash position. As to when we restart and how (blitz or go slow), I like your suggestion of blitzing it. They can still do it second half of this year. Can you please email your recommendations to management?
