The Iolite partners ‘SAFFA’ MD sounds good, but has he dug into the weeds of (a) potential conflict of a profit seeking public company likely at odds with the tenent of ‘client first’ duty - particularly on class actions (b) the damage to brand of the Ethicon case (c) the debacle over using grossly expensive financing options (d) the contentions surrounding the methodology, value of & likely collection of client costs paid & WIP (e) the previous requirement (around circa 2015) of the material write down of WIP (f) long term poor shareholder return (g) the quality top shelf staffers who are now in opposition to SHJ as a consequence of Ethicon (h) illiquidity because of the huge holdings by the two founders (i) reasons behind why traditional instos aren’t invested?

Disclosure: I am a previous holder for a reasonable amount for quite some time - sold out because of the above and significantly better opportunities elsewhere, but keep an eye on SHJ in the hope things turnaround. I genuinely hope they do.
