This guy has obviously had some type of weapons training to kill so many in a short amount of time, authorities need to look at how this has come about. Years ago if you had any involvement with the bad side of the law or you came off a bit strange, you would have been thrown out of a martial arts clubs in a matter of seconds, these days they harbour some of the worst criminals in Australia. You see many of these one punch attacks and that's where many of them come from.

Another thing is that society makes these loan wolves attackers as there isn't much support for people suffering from mental health issues in Australia and there's more of a chance of having a disconnect with society. I bet there were warning signs with this guy that were ignored. I hope these Govts learn from this and take more focus on the warning signs.

There is no weapons training needed to be deadly with a knife. Ignoring idiots on youtube offering "how to defend", anyone with any type of self-defence training will tell you the first thing you do if confronted by someone with a knife is run because at a minimum you're heading to the hospital.
