the real issue is ------------ does it matter who he targeted?

All emphasis should be on preventing this happening again and again and again

no matter if we are talking about stabbing babies, stabbing big guys, shooting kiddies or wives or anyone - driving cars and trucks into crowds ------

we need to look at what has caused this - and, there's some real risks staring us in the face -

lack of social welfare, lack of effective health and mental health

this situation could have happened to any of us ----------- either being perpetrator or victim or related to victim or perpetrator

what we can do is to look after people - make sure they are not homeless unless they are one of the rare birds that choses to be so ----
we can make sure that people are cared for - that they have case managers and the like

we can do this - or we can avoid the responsibility as a society and put up with these things on a regular basis
