The fact is if you want the maximum possible life from any Lithium battery don't fast charge, don't leave the battery at high SOC and avoid high temperatures (especially at high SOC). Low temperatures also affect battery capacity but that effect is only temporary, it comes back to normal when it warms up. LFP chemistries are more tolerant of all these factors but have a lower energy density so they weigh more than the other chemistries for the same capacity.
