YES especially if the battery is not an LFP. Frequent small charges with occasional top ups to 85-95% to allow the battery to balance is the best way to achieve maximum lifespan of a battery. LFP is a bit different, it is my understanding that LFP batteries actually prefer regular charging to over 80% although I don't know what their happiest minimum SOC is. Certainly no Lithium battery likes regular charging to 100%.
