Well - good news - even though expected.
This was 3 x 108 - although LC just says "108" in the Proactive interview.
Neither the Announcement nor the interview make it clear what dose level they are using for the Cholangio expansion group. Or am I missing something?
I would have expected 109 - ie one billion PFU - but in the interview LC is unclear on that point. There is no statement in the Announcement about any escalation to a Cohort 6, but it doesn't confirm 3 x 108 as the OBD, either.
I'm on the road today and in a hurry, so maybe I'm missing something. It may be that they need to wait for more data, to determine if the Cohort 5 showed a significant improvement over Cohort 4. I may email the company and ask.
