My only thought on why it might not be export permit is that isn’t that sector wide news. So why would Galan go into a halt and why would the government go specifically to Galan early to tell them when it should be released as public info from the government…
I’m going for environmental… either good or bad. It was only a month ago that the court ruling occurred and maybe Catamarca province regulators have passed their requirements / assessment onto Galan.
