Looks a potentially good project with strong management. Probably an over reaction. As mentioned the funding would be the concern. Given they should have a very healthy cash balance ( can probably add the H1 cash generation to the year end ) and I think they have a debt facility ( and probably could expand). So maybe a mix of cash, debt, and placement. Even better if they can negotiate some deferred payments to reduce the impact of any placement.
