Thanks for that and I agree.
The point I was also making was the the announcement is pretty half baked merely indicating that the parties are talking, which I would expect would be the case in the normal course of business, and that Marubeni is a party involved in the discussion which is a positive thing.
I suspect that the timing of this announcement has a lot to do with the arrival of the Proxy forms which are currently sitting on my desk - a point posted by MrP yesterday.
