Add in permitting risk, at least another 2 big raises until FID, best case financing 50% of that final valuation at 10% interest + kickers (excluding interim dilution) for capex and contingency. Seems like a huge slog for a bag at best.
There are worse plays out there but geez, there are a lot better. Would hope a TO is in the works after permitting, personally.
