I would add two things to look into -
- ATM funding, that is equity funding at the option of the Board set up in advance and prices set my the MMA Board. Would work well in a rising commodity price market.
- the possibility that timelines can be compressed in an evident multi-decade Bull Market. Someone with experience going back a long way would have to answer that, and I am not old enough
