I think it is in relation to stage 2 permitting.
I think if it revolved around an export licence it would be in the title. Hopefully not bad news in regards to permitting. The thing is, surely it would have been much nicer to release the good news first and then the loan shark news.
Loan shark after hours followed by TH in regards to permitting is scary man ....
