We will have a better idea regarding financial metrics once the feasibility study is released sometime around June hopefully and i would imagine it would have the rare earths price as what it is expected to be by the time the plant can be in production. The trick then will be the offtakes/partnerships that are signed as they may have a floor price above the current rare earth prices.

Either way, the EU is mandating that by 2030, a quarter of annual consumption of such materials must come from recycled product with a big push away from China so if it isn't profitable right now, it will need to be by 2030 in order to support their mandate.
