Well put... every new mine, new plant, new facility I've seen recently from other holdings and just ones that I've heard of have been blowing out by far more than this modest rise.... Some have basically doubled.
So yes, not ideal its gone up but to be this close to the original estimate is a pretty good result in the current financial environment in my opinion.
