In hindsight it may have been better for me to invest my money in AVB in bits and pieces instead of all at once, that was the decision I made... However, news IS expected soon...

"The Company also expects to be able to announce news on further acquisitions in the Carajas Province in the coming month."

Also news about when they will start the follow up drilling of Rio Verde...

Shares overshoot and undershoot all the time, especially when emotions are sky high (as it is in AVB) because of the volatility involved... AVB temporarily overshot to 23c after the good news this week, and now i believe it has been sold off too aggressively and I expect it to consolidate around the 15c mark until more news comes through soon...

I also expect news on Serra Verde soon, as they have been planning an initial drilling campaign there, which is close to Rio Verde. If you have a look at the channel sampling results of Serra Verde, these results look pretty good, and I am looking forward to the drilling of this prospect as well...

Once both Rio Verde and Serra Verde has been aggressively drilled, these two deposits, along with the vale iron ore deal, could/should reward patient medium to long term shareholders that have rode the volatility that you should expect from shares, especially from shares like AVB....
