Just out of interest, what's you guesstimate for dilution % from this IPO? The way management have been hinting, it feels like there is capacity to sell $50 million worth. Or do they take the approach of minimum dilution (say 5% - 10%) for the IPO and force the banks to buy the ASX shares and resell the ADS's.
It will be interesting to see in 12 months where the majority of the register is owned from, I'd think 30-40% minimum US owned in 12 months would be a success, if the SP increase comes with it obviously.
