But the judge did not say that and neither did Higgins or anyone else. So, we have to assume Higgins took her own clothes off to have sex with Lehrmann and therefore consented to sex.

If there was any doubts by the Judge regarding the removal of the dress then I'm sure the judge would have made a mention of it. He did mention the dress but I forget exactly what he said
