The damages gets sorted out next time. Lerhmann has no grounds for appeal, nor will he get much in the way of damages, if any. But he will have substantial legal bills.
I totally agree with Justice Lee, as I think he got everything spot on with his explanations and decisions. Lerhmann IMO got what he deserved, and should be grateful it's not a criminal case.
