"Patience is key and a move to the next quarter is daily business" ... okay this explains a lot. So Andrew thinks EGR is a public sector company and therefore moving due dates and timelines to next quarter or even next year.
Somebody has to tell him EGR is not public sector and LTHs are tired of waiting for start of the mine and production of graphite. Patience has gone for quite a while.
So Andrew please show us the money! NOW! NOT NEXT QUATER!
